Lyra is located five miles west of Boston in the city of Newton, MA. To reach Lyra:

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike (AKA the Mass Pike, or Interstate 90) west from Boston or east from Route 128 (Interstate 95), the belt route around Boston.
Exit at Newton Corner (Exit 17). Follow the loop road ("rotary" in Bostonese) around the Sheraton Hotel until you are traveling west on Washington Street.
Follow Washington Street for a half mile to the stoplight at Adams Street.
Go right on Adams, and follow it another half mile to the stoplight at Watertown Street.
Turn left on Watertown Street and drive a long block until you reach the first right turn, which is Nevada Street.
Turn right onto Nevada Street. 320 Nevada Street is the second building on your right: a four-floor red brick factory building.
Pull into the parking lot, and drive around the left side of the building to the rear parking lot. Park here.
Lyra Research has its own entrance on the first floor of the back side of the building (where you parked). The entrance is to the left of the building lobby, on the other side of the loading dock.
