Mr. Stefansson has been CEO of Lyra Research, responsible for the strategic direction and management of the firm, since 2000. Prior to being named CEO, he was COO of Lyra since joining the firm in 1994, with management responsibility for the company's sales, marketing, research, editorial, finance, and IT groups. Mr. Stefansson has more than 20 years of experience at IT market research and publishing firms, including 10 years at market research firm BIS Strategic Decisions, where he served as vice president of marketing for the firm's publications, conferences, and trade shows. He has also served as an editorial, marketing, and conference management consultant to numerous research firms. |
